宽带速度没起来

我使用一台双路服务器加装万兆网卡安装爱快3.1.6系统做软路由（配置如下），设置了1个10G的网口为WAN口拨了664条100M对等的宽带。，使用三个万兆LAN口下面分别带500台设备玩客云，每台玩客云做了端口分流每台设备走一条拨号宽带。电信给到我的中带宽是10G一条线。软路由实时速度一般只跑到了上行速率: 25 MB/s 左右，偶尔能上: 100 MB/s ，按照正常10g最大的速度应该在1000MB/s。而且看了下3个LAN口丢包数据达到了15%。而且CPU占用率很高。都是80%往上，经常100%
